The Hangover Juice (for sore & tired muscles)

This is a healthy detox juice that is a must for sore muscles, a challenging yoga workout, or any other type of physical exertion. It contains incredible anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and ginger root, which are both excellent for reducing inflammation. The best part is it tastes amazing!!


Recipe

1 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple

A handful of spinach

1 green apple

1 lemon w/the rind

1 large cucumber

several pieces of fresh ginger

several pieces of fresh turmeric

1 tsp of black pepper


Mix all ingredients in to a juicer, pour over ice & enjoy!


Yield 1 serving

Note*** If you do not have fresh ginger or turmeric powder can also be used. Add 1-2 tsp directly into your glass of juice.
