Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is for both beginners & seasoned yogis who want to take it easy in class. This class allows time for openings to happen while building strength & elasticity & will leave you feeling refreshed & ready to take on your day.

Advanced Flow
Are you ready to take your yoga practice up a notch? Join us for an hour of sweat, strength, creative yoga sequencing, & learning what your body can do! Our Advanced Flow is a delightfully challenging Power/Vinyasa class where you can expect to increase your flexibility, stamina & cognition while challenging yourself with inversions, arm balancing, & breathwork. We promise you'll leave feeling ready to tackle anything!

Morning Fire Flow
Start your day with an energizing power yoga class designed to build strength, stability, & flexibilty. Each session is centered around a peak pose with dynamic flows, core work & breath-driven movement to challenge & empower you!

Sun Flow
Our Sun Flow is a warmer style class that starts by honoring the sun with eight to ten rounds of Sun Salutations. This awakens & energizes the entire body from head to toe. Each round will add something new as we progressively move through practice with intention, while bringing clarity into the mind. The body will be rewarded with several moments of a cooling meditation.

All Levels
Our All Levels class is designed for everybody & every body. Modifications are offered throughout class, allowing you the choice to welcome more gentle or challenging qualities into your practice. Expect to focus on the breath/movement connection, build a little heat & finish class with an enjoyable stretch.

Brewga
Everyone can get in on our amazing Hatha-style class, Brewga!
Expect to deeply stretch, build heat & stamina, fire up that core & work on strengthening & lengthening. All this wraps up nicely with a donation-based pint of Calfkiller beer after class.
*Must be 21 to enjoy an adult beverage post class. Limit 1 beer per person per class. Suggested beer donation $5.

Weekend Rise
Join us on the mat for an early morning mediation and gentle stretching to awaken and balance the body, mind, and soul. By creating energy through each movement while allowing space for intention, you'll be creating a solid foundation for a beautiful day,

Basic Body Flow -
Women Only
Awaken your senses, silence your mind & let your body do the talking! In our Women's Only Basic Body Flow, indulge your body in a unique movement journey that highlights slow, dance-influenced, emotionally driven movement. This class is all about flow, opening your body & understanding basic foundational movement sequences that build strength & range of motion.

Stabilization & Mobility
This class will open you up from your neck to your toes. This full body experience introduces stabilization, strength, & mobility with an emphasis on various core & pelvic floor (LPHC) techniques enhancing natural flexibility & increasing range of motion. Students will also be introduced to passive & static stretching as well as dynamic/active stretching.

Defy Gravity -
The Inversion Immersion
You won't want to miss our 90-minute workshop teaching you how to balance upside down! Inversions improve your flexibility, release tension, & even boost your self-esteem. In this workshop you can expect to learn the kinetics of the inversions we'll be teaching, proper alignment of the joints, how to use the wall & props to assist you, & safe ways to come out of the inversions, plus key resting poses post-inversions.

Yin It Out
Yin yoga is a slow practice that focuses on the lengthening and strengthening of our important connective tissue. Postures are held for longer, giving you lots of time and space to just be. This class is for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility, ease those achy joints, or release build-up tension and emotion in the body.

Breathwork Journey
Holotropic Breathwork is an amazing healing modality that can bring clarity, understanding, healing, release trauma from the body & so much more!
Each session vacillates between 60-90 minutes and our incredible breathwork facilitator will be there to guide you the whole time. By allowing yourself to feel & express your emotions, you're not only releasing old pain, but opening up to the greater range of love, joy & compassion!

Outdoor Yoga @ Pearson Park
As the weather warms up, you'll find us once a month at Pearson Park, a quick drive from Bhakti's studio. We will roll out our mats & practice an All Levels Vinyasa Flow together. Bring your yoga mat, a towel if you'd like, water, & anything else that would make your practice just right.
