Corrin Sergio
Yoga Teacher & Owner
"Disappointment is something I never feel after moving my body." As a former dancer-turned-yogi, Corrin says yoga is the medium to which she goes back to every time. Corrin is a E-RYT 200 & YACEP Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2009. You can expect to use your whole body in her classes; muscles, mind, and breath. Corrin particularly loves sequencing and finding new ways to move. In addition to yoga, Corrin can't get enough of pilates, traveling and experiencing new things. Her favorite quote is, "You can do anything challenging for 10 more seconds...both in class and out."

Taylor Hawk
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Taylor's journey with yoga began in 2017 following unexpected changes in her life. With the healing she has received from yoga, she is passionate about offering that same opportunity for others in the community. Taylor is a 200-RYT and has further training in Ayurveda and Meditation. As a teacher, her intention is to allow everyone the space to explore their own experiences with an open mind.

Jordyn Tamez

Jordyn is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a deep passion for using yoga as a tool for grounding and connection. Above all, Jordyn is a mom who loves spending time with her two crazy cute boys. Whether they’re exploring in nature or simply enjoying life at home, she finds joy in incorporating them into everyday adventures. Specializing in Vinyasa flow, Jordyn’s classes are rooted in meaningful intentions, hands-on adjustments, and long, restorative savasanas. She’s here to meet you wherever you are on your yoga journey—whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. Let’s flow, breathe, and grow together.

Maddy Latimer
Breathwork Teacher
Maddy is a certified breathwork facilitator. Her passion is helping people learn, grow and heal. She focuses on somatic breathwork and releasing trauma from the body. She loves helping people find clarity, connect with their authentic selves, heal from past traumas and let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding us back. Maddy loves to work with people who have never done breathwork before, and people who have done it many times. Her classes are open to all skill levels and she is here to meet you where you’re at. When Maddy is not in the studio, her passion is her family. She is spending time with them as they explore new places, eating good food and creating close relationships. She loves water and is always looking for an opportunity to jump in!

Italia Lippmann
Movement Teacher
Italia Lippmann has devoted her life to fitness, movement and dance. With over 35 years of experience, Italia has evolved within the art of movement, dance, and fitness industry studying various forms and styles from classical ballet, contemporary, barre methods, Latin, aerial art and more in and around the world and utilizing her vast knowledge to create an experience of her own to share with her students.
As a 15 year studio owner in Chicago, Italia has cultivated a comprehensive program that encompasses the art of movement and dance as a whole. The ICE Method (Italia Cologia Experience) is a self-created curriculum that uses a combination of movement, dance, mobility, balance, along with flexibility and strength techniques, that not only transforms your body but facilitates a therapeutic release.
This all encompassing approach has led to an ongoing dedication in helping others discover and experience their OWN personal journey.
Italia's certifications include Core Fusion/Barre Certified through Exhale in New York City, Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Sport Nutrition Coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Flexibility Coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Movement Therapy, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and Curriculum Development.
