Corrin Sergio
Yoga Teacher & Co-Owner
"Disappointment is something I never feel after moving my body." As a former dancer-turned-yogi, Corrin says yoga is the medium to which she goes back to every time. Corrin is a E-RYT 200 & YACEP Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2009. You can expect to use your whole body in her classes; muscles, mind, and breath. Corrin particularly loves sequencing and finding new ways to move. In addition to yoga, Corrin can't get enough of pilates, traveling and experiencing new things. Her favorite quote is, "You can do anything challenging for 10 more seconds...both in class and out."
Hannah Price
Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, Lead Doula & Co-Owner
Hannah is registered RYT 200 hr Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing Yoga since 2013. Hannah is very passionate about holistic health which led her to become an Ayurveda Practitioner which she completed in 2023. She believes in healing the body through the food that we consume, a regular yoga practice, & other Ayurveda practices. Hannah offers one-on-one consultations for whole body wellness. Elizabeth Mountz
Yoga & Sound Healing Teacher
Elizabeth is a 200-hour RYT and dove into her own yoga practice in 2018 when she discovered its mental health benefits in her life. She is passionate about sharing yoga as a mental health resource and believes that this practice should be inclusive to every body. Elizabeth is certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing. When she's not on the mat, you can find Elizabeth out in nature, with her fur babes and husband, or binging the latest reality tv show.
Taylor Hawk
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Taylor's journey with yoga began in 2017 following unexpected changes in her life. With the healing she has received from yoga, she is passionate about offering that same opportunity for others in the community. Taylor is a 200-RYT and has further training in Ayurveda and Meditation. As a teacher, her intention is to allow everyone the space to explore their own experiences with an open mind.
Maddy Latimer
Breathwork Teacher
Maddy is a certified breathwork facilitator. Her passion is helping people learn, grow and heal. She focuses on somatic breathwork and releasing trauma from the body. She loves helping people find clarity, connect with their authentic selves, heal from past traumas and let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding us back. Maddy loves to work with people who have never done breathwork before, and people who have done it many times. Her classes are open to all skill levels and she is here to meet you where you’re at. When Maddy is not in the studio, her passion is her family. She is spending time with them as they explore new places, eating good food and creating close relationships. She loves water and is always looking for an opportunity to jump in!

Jordyn is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a deep passion for using yoga as a tool for grounding and connection. Above all, Jordyn is a mom who loves spending time with her two crazy cute boys. Whether they’re exploring in nature or simply enjoying life at home, she finds joy in incorporating them into everyday adventures. Specializing in Vinyasa flow, Jordyn’s classes are rooted in meaningful intentions, hands-on adjustments, and long, restorative savasanas. She’s here to meet you wherever you are on your yoga journey—whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. Let’s flow, breathe, and grow together.
